Investigations
Goldsboro police are investigating a report of a break-in and theft on the 400 block of Creech Street. Hannah McKay said someone broke into her home in the 400 block of Creech Street and stole a microwave, a television, lamps and other items, all valued at $1,150.
Charges
The Wayne County Sheriff's Department filed these charges:
*Dena Ray Lipscomb, 36, Creekwood Drive, simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond.
*Natasha M. Ferguson, 22, West Lockhaven Drive, failure to appear, $500 bond.
*Edwiin Alan Foil, 32, North Slocumb Street, failure to appear, $1,500 bond.
*Curtis Lee Hardy Jr., 23, Durham Lake Road, Dudley, assault on a female, communicating threats, no bond.
*Benjamin Allen Helmick, 24, Emmitt Drive, failure to appear, $500 bond.
*Matthew Stevens Hobbs, 19, Mobile Circle, Dudley, communicating threats.
Goldsboro police filed these charges:
*Leslie Ashford, 31, North George Street, communicating threats. Bond information unknown.
*Laketta Williams, 18, Courtyard Circle, failure to appear, $500 bond.
*Samuel Devon Cannon, 29, Brock Street, failure to appear (two counts), $11,200 bond.
*Jeannette Walker Capps, 52, Mills Run Place, larceny, $500 bond.
*Travis McCoy, 23, West Mulberry Street, assault on a female, no bond.
*Chantal Theras Thomas, 42, Meadow Road, failure to appear, $1,000 bond.
*Mamie Staten, 54, Lime Street, failure to appear, $500 bond.
