MOC teacher-soldier to talk about war

MOUNT OLIVE -- Dr. Ted Janicki, assistant professor in the Tillman School of Business at Mount Olive College, who is currently serving in the Air Force Reserves in Afghanistan, will return to the area Friday to speak about the war on terror.
Janicki will speak at 1 p.m. in the Southern Bank Auditorium in Raper Hall. The event is open to the public.
Since being deployed to Afhanistan in July, Janicki has continued to teach online classes at Mount Olive College. He taught a seated business communication course that enabled five fellow airmen complete their Community College of the Air Force Association degrees.
Janicki will talk about the war on terror and the challenges in helping Afghans develop a viable government.
