Exchange essay winners named

The Goldsboro Exchange Club recently honored three winners from Wayne County Public Schools for their essay written about the job shadowing experience last fall during the Youth in Government and Business Day co-sponsored by the Exchange Club and 4-H and Youth Development.
First place went to Shanna Wynn of Southern Wayne High School, who received a plaque and $100. Second place honors went to Faith Wright of Eastern Wayne High School, awarded a plaque and $75. Third place winner was Amanda Kiefer of Spring Creek High School, recipient of a plaque and $50. All three students are 11th graders.
