GPD announces officer's promotion

Investigator Chad E. Calloway has been promoted to sergeant at the Goldsboro Police Department. The promotion is effective Jan. 17. Calloway began his career in April 1995. He was promoted to investigator Dec. 1, 1999. Calloway is married to Monica Calloway and has two children.
