Electronic recycling Saturday at Sam's

Wayne County Recycling Coordinator Simmone Cato is hoping Santa Claus brought residents plenty of electronics last month -- mostly so they can recycle their old electronics Saturday.
Residents can drive up and drop off any unwanted electronic equipment at the Sam's Club parking lot from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The county, in conjunction with Franklin's Recycling, will accept computers and all computer equipment, such as printers, keyboards, scanners, monitors, circuit boards and hard drives.
Any office or personal equipment, such as telephones, cell phones, answering machines and pagers, will also be accepted.
TVs will not be accepted.
