Investigations
Wayne County sheriff's deputies are investigating these reports:
*Sallie Mae Kelly reported Jan. 3 that someone broke into her home located in the 500 block of Vail Road, Pikeville, and stole money, bank cards, a curio cabinet and other items, valued at $306. Her door that was damaged was valued at $100.
*Someone broke the locks off of the storage barn doors at Brogden Primary School, 2253 Old Mount Olive Highway, Dudley, sometime between Dec. 21 and Jan. 2. Damage was set at $1,000.
Goldsboro police are investigating these reports:
*Jessica Jadon Sheppard, 24, of Simmons Street, was injured Tuesday after she was allegedly cut by an unknown object during a fight with her sister, according to a Goldsboro police report. Sheppard declined to prosecute.
