GATEWAY reservations

The Goldsboro-Wayne Transportation Authority will run its regular van schedule for passengers on New Year's Day, but those wanting transportation Monday will need to make an appointment before 2:30 p.m. Thursday. GATEWAY's bus service will also run from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Monday on its normal routes. Although passengers don't need a reservation for bus service, transportation officials said it is necessary for van service. Residents can schedule van service for New Year's Day by calling GATEWAY at 736-1374.
