Free hearing aid to be given away

The Avada Hearing Care Center in Goldsboro is inviting Wayne County residents to submit the names of people in the area who are in need of a hearing aid but unable to afford one.
The "Gift of Better Hearing" project is being held through Friday. Submissions should be in the form of an essay about why someone deserves a free hearing aid.
Entries may be mailed, faxed or dropped off at the center at 1506-G Wayne Memorial Drive.
The deadline is Friday.
One person will be selected for a free digital hearing aid.
