Wayne County Chamber of Commerce's Sunrise Seminar will focus on loans Tuesday.
The seminar, to be held at the Chamber at 308 N. William St. from 8 to 10 a.m., will focus on the Small Business Admin-istrative Community Express Loan Program. Sue Malone, the president of Strategies for Small Businesses, has helped fund more than 9,000 such loans since 2002.
The small business loans can help finance a business or provide a business with operating funds. They can even be used to start a business, with financing available from $5,000 to $25,000. Unlike with other financial institutions, a business owner can acquire this kind of loan in about 25 business days.
No collateral, tax returns or financial statements are required to apply for a small business administrative community express loan. Business owners must bring a copy of the front and back of their driver's licenses, a federal tax identification number for corporations or partnerships or a Social Security number for self-employed businessmen and a check from a business checking account.
There is a $10 fee for a light breakfast that is provided. For more information on the seminar, call 734-2241.
