More drug arrests

The Goldsboro-Wayne County Drug Squad arrested six more suspected drug violators this week. The arrests were made in connection with a 10-month investigation conducted by the drug squad. A drug roundup that targeted 33 drug violators started Sept. 27.

Among those arrested:

*Sam Donzell Wood, 43, Wilmington Avenue, sell and deliver cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell and deliver, $50,000 bond.

*Rinardo Quatrell Howell, 24, E. Mulberry Street, trafficking in cocaine by possession, trafficking in cocaine by sale, trafficking in cocaine by transport, trafficking in cocaine by delivering, $100,000 bond.

*Jonathan Anthony Uzzell, 28, Lindsey Lane, Pikeville, sell and deliver cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell and deliver, conspiracy to sell cocaine, $100,000 bond.

*Terry Lorenza Moore Sr., 36, Andrews Circle, Mount Olive, possession of cocaine with intent to sell and deliver, sell and deliver cocaine, $20,000 bond.

*Kathy Jeneen Cavenaugh, 42, N. Vance Street, possession of cocaine with intent to sell and distribute, sell and deliver cocaine, conspiracy to sell cocaine, $10,000 bond.

*Clayton Gray Russell, 20, Niblick Road, Grifton, trafficking in opiates by possession, trafficking in opiates by sale, trafficking in opiates by delivery.

Investigations

Wayne County sheriff's deputies are investigating these reports:

*Joseph Butler Bradley reported someone struck his vehicle's windshield and his quarterhorse in the forehead with an unknown object. Damages were estimated at $1,700.

*Sherry Johnson reported someone broke into her home on N.C. 111 South and stole jewelry and assorted meats, all valued at $570.
