Passenger remains in critical condition

Critical condition
Sharetta Herder remained in critical condition at Pitt Memorial Hospital today after an accident Wednesday.
Her husband, Pervis Herder Jr., was killed in the crash at the intersection of U.S. 13 and Country Lane Road.
Jeffrey Mozingo was listed in fair condition.
Willie Satchell Jr. was treated and released at Wayne Memorial Hospital Wednesday.
No charges have been filed as of this morning, according to the state Highway Patrol.
