Investigations
Wayne County sheriff's deputies are investigating these reports:
*A Rosewood Middle School student was accused of selling prescription drugs to another student on a school bus. The 14-year-old male student was searched and found to be possession of 10 bottles of prescription medication, a pocket knife, portable scale and a marble marijuana pipe.
Accident
One people was injured and damages were estimated at $7,000 in a recent traffic collisions in Wayne County. An unknown driver of a 1995 Mazda ran into a wrong-way sign, lost control and overturned on U.S. 117 and Elm Street. A witness saw the driver climb out of the vehicle and run. The car sustained $7,000 in damage. Goldsboro police said the car was owned by Luis Arnoldo Flores-Rodriguez of Doug Drive, Dudley.
