Investigations
Goldsboro police are investigating these reports:
*Coretta Mewborn reported someone fired a gunshot into her bedroom window at 11 p.m. Sunday. No one was injured. The bullet caused about $100 in damage.
*Someone set a dumpster on fire at Waste Industries, 336 Westbrook Road. The fire appeared to be suspicious.
*Scott Albert Meads reported two black males ran from a wooded area, approached his vehicle and robbed him at gunpoint. The men got away with a bookbag containing a food stamp card, his paycheck and two high school books, all valued at $82.
