Investigations
Wayne County sheriff's deputies are investigating these reports:
*Donna Carter Mynatt reported someone she knew aimed a rifle at her as she backed out of the driveway. She stated the suspect also left a voicemail on her home phone stating "Your dead."
*Patrick Smith reported someone he knew cut him on his shoulder and left leg with a knife during an argument. He declined to press charges.
*Malessia Roshell Ingram of Mount Olive reported someone she knew damaged walls, the carpet, cabinets, windows and other areas in her rental apartment. Total estimated damage is $13,500.
