*Jonathan Uzzell, 28, of Lindsey Lane, Pikeville, disarming a firearm into an occupied property, attempted first degree murder, possession of firearm and assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill and inflict serious injury, sentenced 175 to 219 months Department of Corrections.
*Malcolm Miller, 22, of Shelley Drive, attempt to sell and deliver marijuana, 45 days suspended, 24 months unsupervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Mark Clark, 17, of Stucky Road, Fremont, breaking and entering, breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and possession of stolen goods, sentenced six to eight months Wayne County Jail, $100 fine and costs.
*William Caldwell, 28, of Weaver Drive, four counts of misdemeanor larceny, sentenced 120 days Department of Corrections.
*Edward Wilkins, 50, of Jenny Lane, Dudley, possession of cocaine, sentenced five to six months Wayne County Jail, 18 supervised probation.
*Laccota Woods, 27, of Slocumb Street, possession of a controlled substance, sentenced six to eight months Department of Corrections.
*Darrius Benton, 21, of Carver Drive, two counts of felony possession of goods, sentenced six to eight months Department of Corrections, $250 fine and costs.
