Billy Hardy Jr., 22, of Hack Drive, Dudley, was charged with second-degree arson Saturday night after allegedly setting fire to this mobile home at 958 O'Berry Road. Wayne County Sheriff's Detective Mike Kabler said Hardy might have started the fire as a diversion after being involved in a nearby car accident.
