Wanted
Goldsboro police are looking for a man accused of burglary, larceny, assault on a female and assault.
Police investigators said Jacob Eugene Lofton, 21, of Beston Road, LaGrange also has two other warrants against him on file. But the charges they're trying to find him to talk about are in reference to a March report that a first degree burglary occurred in the 100 block of South Harding Drive.
He is accused of breaking in to the home, assaulting the occupants and stealing several items from them.
Police said he has been seen driving a black Chevrolet Impala and a green Chevrolet Malibu. Witnesses have reported seeing Lofton in the Tommy's Road area of Wayne County.

Rape charge
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office charged James Macks, 32, of U.S. 70 West, Princeton, with statutory rape and sex offense Sunday.
He was placed under $75,000 bond after an investigation into a report of sexual assault against a teenage girl. The Sheriff's Office said the offense occurred in the Mar Mac and Pikeville areas of Wayne County.
Bank card fraud
Goldsboro police charged Kamiyla Faatima Lofton, 18, of Brentwood Drive, Dudley, Monday with financial card theft and financial card fraud. She is accused of taking a financial card belonging to someone else and trying to use it at a Goldsboro beauty supply store. She was released from custody on a $5,000 bond.
Counterfeit bill
Planet Bingo at 162 Five Points Road reported Monday that somebody tried to use a counterfeit $50 bill to buy bingo cards. The clerk said when she confronted the man he fled the business on a red Ford F-150 truck with another man. A witness reported knowing both men.
Investigations
Goldsboro police are investigating these reports:
*Ashley Danielle Clark of Charlotte told police somebody stole her laptop computer and carrier containing jewelry, all worth about $1,659 from a room she stayed in earlier this month in the Country Inn and Suites on Norwood Avene. She said she returned home and found the laptop missing.
*Eddie William Ormond of Irish Drive, Princeton, told police Monday night he and his wife were in the Belk store at Berkeley Mall around noon, and his wife laid down her purse. He said when they realized it was missing they went back to where they thought she had put it down. It was not there. Ormond said later in the day Walgreens contacted him and his wife, saying somebody had found the contents of the purse in a zip lock bag by the trash. He said the purse itself, some gift cards and a $100 bill were missing. All were valued at $310.
Four hurt
A driver and three passengers were treated and released at Wayne Memorial Hospital Thursday after a crash on Old Mount Olive Highway.
Deborah Artis Forbes of Dawson Drive was charged with exceeding a safe speed after the accident near O'Berry and Brewington roads.
The vehicle ran off the highway, struck and embankment and overturned. Damage to the truck was estimated at $4,000.
