Investigations

Goldsboro and Wayne County law enforcement officers are investigating these reports:

*Employees at the Get Right Fashions Urban Wear on Ash Street reported a break-in and items stolen Friday. Officials said a $200 cash register, $400 front door and $600 in clothing was stolen from the store. Law enforcement officials believe the thief entered the building after throwing a small statue through the glass door.

*Edwards Service Station, on William Street, reported a break-in Friday, law enforcement officials said. An unknown person allegedly broke in through a side window and gained access to the shop, where they walked away with close to $1,000 in motor oil, car batteries and mechanic's tools.
