Norwayne student to attend School of Arts summer session

Jessica Sauls of Fremont has been accepted for enrollment in the summer session of the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem.
She will study dance.
Jessica is the daughter of Danny and Renee Sauls and is a student at Middle School.
The School of the Arts was established in 1963 and was the first state-supported, residential performing arts school in the nation.
The session is a five-week residential program for intensive study in music, drama, dance, film-making and design and production.
It will be held from Jun 25 through July 28. More than 1,000 students are enrolled annually.
