Head Start applications

WAGES Head Start and Early Head Start are taking applications Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through May 23 at the Royall Avenue Center, Carver Center, Pikeville Center, Royall West Center and Chestnut Center.
Those applying must bring their child's birth certificate, Social Security cards for parent and child, income verification (W-2 forms or most current check stub), the child's shot record, the child's most current physical signed by a physician, the child's current Medicaid card or private insurance information, the parent's Medicaid card or private insurance information (for children up to age 3), verification of the child's special need and food stamp verification letter and ID number.
