*Ashley N. Wheeler, 22, Kinston, obtaining property by false pretense, nine to 11 months.
*Guy Phil Johnson II, 30, Simmons Street, larceny from the person, eight to 10 months.
*Latique Lamont Vick, 20, Deborah Lane, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana, 60 days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), lawyer's fee to be determined, $1,000 fine and costs.
*Brandon Demarcus Hayes, 18, Timberline Oak Drive, carrying a concealed weapon, 30 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, and costs.
*Cheryl Lynn Weinert, 38, West Lockhaven Drive, misdemeanor larceny, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $300 restitution, $300 lawyer's fee, $250 fine and costs.
