Although the temperatures felt a bit more like the Fourth of July than Easter weekend, Wayne County residents enjoyed some traditional fun as part of their holiday celebrations. In advance of Easter egg hunting Sunday, Myia Walker, 4, and her sister, Cheyenne, 10, joined Cade Hodapp, 5, and his brother Brody, in a sand castle construction project at Busco Beach Saturday. The temperatures in the high 80s made the day perfect for beach work. This week, residents will find 60s and 70s more the norm, with a few warnings that severe weather might be on the way.
