*Tolisha Johnson Whitley, 25, Woodrose Avenue, embezzlement and corporate malfeasance, six to eight months; embezzlement and corporate malfeasance, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $13,495.33 restitution, $300 fine and costs; embezzlement (five counts) and corporate malfeasance (five counts), six to eight months suspended and 36 months supervised probation; larceny by employee (seven counts), not guilty.
*Herman Lee Wimbush, 35, Danville, Va., breaking and entering, five to six months; breaking and entering, five to six months.
*Chad Christopher Craft, 31, Mark Edwards Road, felony habitual misdemeanor assault, 60 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 60 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $15,649 restitution, $300 fine and costs.
*James Faron Cooke, 49, Goldsboro, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 30 days.
*Kalp Bryant Chestnut, 63, East Kelly Street, Mount Olive, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, one day active, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $85 restitution, $195 lawyer's fee, $150 fine and costs.
*Phyllis Louise Boyer, 53, Peggy Lane, forgery, three to four months suspended, six months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, $1,100 restitution, lawyer's fee to be determined, $500 fine and costs; forgery, three to four months suspended and six months supervised probation; forgery, three to four months suspended and six months supervised probation; forgery, three to four months suspended and six months supervised probation.
*Travis Seth Tillman, 31, Big Daddy's Road, Pikeville, obtaining property by false pretense, 10 to 12 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $1,092.02 restitution, $300 fine and costs; obtaining property by false pretense, 10 to 12 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation and 50 hours community service.
*Christopher C. Hollings-worth, 25, Dog Pond Road, Seven Springs, second-degree trespass, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $200 fine and costs.
*Suman Koka, 25, Sudbury, Ontario, driving while impaired, dismissed; reckless driving, 10 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Howard Scott Carter, 28, Bartlett Avenue, driving while impaired, dismissed; reckless driving, 10 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
