*Jose Rodiver A. Mollinedo, 39, Stoneville, allow unlicensed person to drive, 30 days suspended, $50 fine and costs.
*Trumanda M. Best, Rawlings Street, resisting arrest, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service, $100 fine and cost (appealed); assault, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $100 restitution, $50 fine and costs (appealed).
*Tony F. Anderson, 47, Massey Road, Dudley, communicating threats (two counts), 120 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $227.50 lawyer's fee, $100 fine and costs (appealed).
*Sherrie L. Blevins, 46, Decoy Drive, Pikeville, driving while impaired, 60 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $100 fine and costs (appealed).
