Wayne agency receives 24 azalea plants

The Wayne Opportunity Center has received 24 azalea plants to use in its beautification project. The award is part of the annual Azalea Celebration, a North Carolina beautification program.
The plants will be used to enhance the appearance of the Opportunity Center, according to John Chance, director.
As an Azalea Celebration recipient, the Center is now eligible for the A.J. Fletcher Award to be presented in 2008.
