One-stop voting available today through Nov. 5

The Wayne County Board of Elections kicked off one-stop early voting this morning.
One-stop voting for the upcoming municipal elections on Nov. 8 will be in operation at the Elections Board office at 209 S. William St., Goldsboro.
Office hours are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., and the office will be open weekdays plus Saturday, Nov. 5, the last day before Election Day.
Anyone who has questions concerning dates, times, ballot items or their eligibility to vote can call the Wayne County Board of Elections at 731-1411, or visit the Web site at www.waynegov.com/boe.
The races in Wayne County are as follows:
*Town of Eureka -- Mayor and two commissioner seats.
*Town of Mount Olive -- Mayor and commissioners for at-large and districts 1 through 4.
*Town of Pikeville -- Mayor, two commissioner seats, one unexpired commissioner seat, malt beverage proposition and unfortified wine proposition.
*Town of Seven Springs -- Mayor and two commissioner seats.
*Village of Walnut Creek -- Two councilman seats and one unexpired term councilman.
*Belfast-Patetown Sanitary District Board -- Five member seats.
*Eastern Wayne Sanitary District Board -- Five member seats.
*Fork Sanitary District Board Member -- Thee member seats.
*Southeastern Wayne Sanitary District Board -- Five member seats.
*Southern Wayne Sanitary District Board -- Two member seats.
