WCC Foundation scholarships available

New and returning students who plan to attend Wayne Community College for the spring 2006 semester may apply for Foundation of Wayne Community College scholarships now through Oct. 31.
Scholarship applications are available in the foundation office in the Dogwood Building on the college's main campus.
The application forms can also be printed from the foundation's section of the college's Web site at www.waynecc.edu.
The foundation awarded 97 scholarships totalling more than $63,750 for the fall 2005 semester and gave 236 scholarships worth nearly $158,000 during the last academic year.
Students seeking foundation scholarships must apply for federal financial aid also and can do so online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Materials are also available at the college Financial Aid Office.
