Flood watch

The National Weather Service issued a flood watch for Wayne and surrounding counties until 8 p.m. tonight.
Tropical moisture brings the potential for heavy rains into the early evening hours. Roads and urban areas are at a higher risk if heavy rains persist for more than an hour at any location.
