Seymour Johnson Air Force Base personnel prepare one of the base's F-15E Strike Eagles for departure Monday. The jet was among more than 40 planes from the base that were diverted to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, to avoid any damage in case Tropical Storm Ophelia became a full-blown hurricane.
