These cases have been heard in Wayne County Superior Court:
*Anthony Earl Rivers, 17, South Center Street, Mount Olive, armed robbery, 38 to 55 months.
*Joseph Daniel Figgins Jr., 25, Emmaus Church Road, Dudley, assault inflicting serious injury, assault on a law-enforcement officer and malicious conduct by a prisoner, 14 to 17 months.
*John Harvey Smith, 43, Tram Road, Mount Olive, assault on a law-enforcement officer inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor assault on a female, eight to 10 months; assault on a law-enforcement officer (two counts), eight to 10 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), lawyer's fee to be determined and costs.
*Rita Lea Lee, 32, Crabapple Lane, possession of methamphetamine, six to eight months.
*Jose M. Hernandez, 29, Nelson Smith Road, Mount Olive, possession with intent to sell and deliver drugs, 45 days active, four to five months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, lawyer's fee to be determined, $750 fine and costs.
*Demetrics Dashon Davis, 21, Franklin Street, Mount Olive, resisting arrest, 45 days.
*James Lawrence Reid Jr., 31, Acreview Drive, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, seven days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 150 hours community service, $422.50 lawyer's fee, $850 fine and costs.
*Sterling Chavez Trejo, 17, Crabapple Lane, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, five days active, 45 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, $800 restitution, lawyer's fee to be determined and costs.
*Alisa Shannon Champion, 35, Pecan Road, Dudley, attempt to obtain prescription by forgery or fraud, three to four months suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $250 fine and costs; attempt to obtain prescription by forgery or fraud, three to four months suspended, 12 months supervised probation and 50 hours community service.
*Decarlos Lopez Hamilton, 33, J.C. Price Drive, Dudley, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, 20 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $185 lawyer's fee, $200 fine and costs.
