*Carter Allen Jaffe, 57, Mayberry Lane, Mount Olive, seat-belt violation, not guilty.
*Christopher Alex Melvin, 26, West Kornegay Street, Mount Olive, failure to disperse on command and teasing animal, 39 days.
*Travis Jermine Chestnut, 18, Evelyn Circle, Dudley, failure to disperse on command, one day.
*Nathan Lee Cotton, 31, Beautancus Road, Mount Olive, shoplifting, one day.
*George William Daughtry IV, 42, Old Smith Chapel Road, Mount Olive, seat-belt violation, $25 fine and costs (appealed).
*Tiffany Lashell Whitted, 31, East Kornegay Street, Mount Olive, no liability insurance, 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation and costs.
*Christa Marie Campbell, 19, Fayetteville, reckless driving, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Gerbert Sanchez Lopez, 21, Al Drive, Seven Springs, allowing unlicensed person to drive, 30 days suspended, six months unsupervised probation, $50 fine and costs.
*Mayver Vasquez, 21, East Pollock Street, Mount Olive, no operator's license, 30 days suspended, six months unsupervised probation, $50 fine and costs.
