Traffic is directed into one lane on the U.S. 117 bypass near Jeffreys Cabinet Company where the new U.S. 117 highway will join the old road. Construction of the entire stretch of U.S. 117 from Wilson to Goldsboro is scheduled to be completed by June 2006.
