A opening reception for Goldsboro artist Windy Lies was held Monday evening at the Wayne County Arts Council building on East Ash Street. About 20 examples of her work will be on display through July 17. Miss Lies recently graduated from East Carolina University with a master of fine arts degree. She is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Stephen Lies of Goldsboro.
