*Kevin Darnell Spain, 42, Richlands, breaking and entering, 15 to 18 months.
*Kelly Sharone Garner, 18, Running Deer Circle, Dudley, possession of a firearm by convicted felon and breaking and entering (two counts), 15 to 18 months.
*Courtney J. Myers, 19, South Andrews Avenue, common-law robbery, 120 days active, 15 to 18 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $260 lawyer's fee, $320.97 restitution and costs.
*Ricky Lee Thomas, 26, Central Heights Road, obtaining property by false pretense, 78 days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $260 lawyer's fee, $410.76 restitution and costs.
*Lester Clinton Jr., 21, Tuskegee Street, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 75 days active, 12 to 15 months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $292.50 lawyer's fee, $100 fine and costs.
*Anthony Bernard Mickens, 36, Edgerton Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, 74 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Matthew Bride, 24, Jeffrey Drive, LaGrange, possession of stolen goods, 69 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $747.50 lawyer's fee, $1,133.13 restitution, $200 fine and costs; possession of stolen goods, eight to 10 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $200 fine and costs.
*Angela Ruth Ammons, 38, Erwin, obtaining controlled substance by forgery or fraud, 16 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Consuello Monique Darden, 24, Edgerton Street, possession of marijuana, four to five months suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $292.50 lawyer's fee and costs.
*William Tarvarus Faison, 24, Level Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $500 lawyer's fee, $100 fine and costs.
*Roderick Jermaine Bryant, 19, Old Mount Olive Road, Dudley, misdemeanor solicitation to another to commit a crime, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Corey D. Bryant, 35, Mattapan, Mass., carrying a concealed weapon, 45 days suspended, six months unsupervised probation, $200 fine and costs.
*Steven Scott Herring, 32, McLain Street, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Alphonsa Conrad Simmons, 43, Coleman Lane, LaGrange, driving while impaired, six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 72 hours community service, $500 fine and costs; driving while license revoked, dismissed.
*William Edward Mills, 47, Old Mount Olive Road, Dudley, no operator's license, 60 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $500 fine and costs.
