Investigations

Wayne County law enforcement agencies are investigating these reports:

*Vicky R. Stamatis, an employee of Best Gas and Grill in Dudley, found Friday afternoon that someone had thrown a cinderblock through the windshield of her Ford Escort while she was at work.

*Brenda Gail Fields reported a break-in at her home in the 1100 block of Parkstown Road around 2 a.m. Saturday. Five $20 bills were missing.

*A break-in was discovered Friday in the 100 block of Running Deer Circle. Katisha Andel Santos reported the theft of $1,300 of household items, including a TV, DVD player, video games and a rug that depicted three little girls praying.

*Lisa Ruth Hyatt, of Mount Olive, was at Relay for Life Friday night at Wayne Community College. When she returned to her car at 9:30 p.m., she found that someone had broken a window and stole a purse.

*Roland Lamar Jackson reported the theft of a 1998 Oldsmobile Regency from in front of his apartment on Pou Street Friday.
