*Andre Lavarr Coley, 32, Central Heights Road, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, seven to nine months.
*Juan Tramaine Smith, 25, Marlette Drive, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, four to five months.
*Quinton Leon Swinson Jr., 16, Fourth Street, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, 165 days active, 20 to 33 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $357.50 lawyer's fee and costs.
*Wayne Earl Moore, 31, Oakwood Street, possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 51 days active, 12 to 15 months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $260 lawyer's fee and costs.
*Shaina Marie Pitsenbarger, 17, Saulston Road, misdemeanor larceny, one day active, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service, $260 lawyer's fee, $290 restitution and costs (waived).
*Trevon Howard, 19, Shaw Court, no operator's license, 30 days suspended, six months supervised probation, $35 fine and costs.
*Dorethia Yvonne F. Daniels, 35, Stone Mountain, Ga., driving while impaired, dismissed; reckless driving, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $35 fine and costs.
*Anthony Ray Arnold, 18, Blaire Lane, resisting arrest, 60 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service, $100 fine and costs.
