*Tylanda Nicole Wooten, 16, Isler Street, Goldsboro, larceny, not guilty.
*Jamel Kareem Carter, 23, South Center Street, Mount Olive, driving while impaired, 60 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service, $130 lawyer's fee, $100 fine and costs (appealed); expired inspection and stop-sign violation, $25 fine and costs (appealed).
*Thomas Ward Jr., 61, Bennett's Bridge Road, Mount Olive, no operator's license, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $25 fine and costs.
*Reginald West, Elmore Street, Mount Olive, fraudulent disposal of mortgaged property and worthless check, 60 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $3,482.17 restitution and costs; larceny, 60 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $280 restitution and costs.
*Emanuel Lopez, 23, Nelson Smith Drive, Dudley, no operator's license, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $25 fine and costs.
*Michelle Renea Mullins, Beulaville, worthless check (two counts), 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $104.09 restitution and costs.
