*Edgar Jose Garcia, 31, Parkridge Road, possession with intent to sell and cocaine, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Allen Carmichael, 23, South Best Street, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $422.50 lawyer's fee, $100 fine and costs.
