The new U.S. 117 four-lane highway, which will stretch from U.S. 301 in Wilson to U.S. 117 at Ash Street in Goldsboro, is seen in this aerial photo crossing U.S. 70. In the upper portion of the picture is the Wayne Motel. Completion date for the new highway is the summer of 2006.
