Wal-Mart returns to normal hours

Work on Wal-Mart's electrical system took longer than expected, forcing the store to be closed for more than 13 hours on Monday.
On Sunday, signs were posted on the store's entrance doors letting customers know that the Goldsboro store, which is normally open 24 hours a day, would be closed from midnight until 7 a.m. Monday.
Thelma Isler, a manager at the store, said the purpose for the closing was to install new electrical boxes.
"The electrician ran into some problems," she said. "It took a little longer than they thought."
