*Kendrick Ward, 34, Pacific Drive, Dudley, assault, costs.
*Taja R. Spencer, 29, South Herman Street, Goldsboro, worthless check (two counts), 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $108.43 restitution and costs.
*Richard Allen Capps, 44, Jeff Outlaw Road, Mount Olive, worthless check, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $64.59 restitution and costs.
