Bloodmobile
The Wayne County Chapter of the American Red Cross will have a Bloodmobile on Thursday from noon to 4 p.m. at New Hope United Methodist Church. Donors will receive a coupon for a free car wash.
Flu shots
Doctors Urgent Care Center in Goldsboro reports that it has some flu shots available.
The shots are for people over 50 years old or for people who live with someone who is in a high-risk category, such as people over age 65 and those who suffer chronic medical conditions.

Dinner theater
Center Stage Theatre will present Neil Simon's "Plaza Suite" on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 22 and 23, and Sunday, Feb. 13, at the Goldsboro Country Club.
A dinner buffet, including coffee and tea, will begin at 6 p.m. Cocktails and other beverages will be available at a cash bar. The performance will begin around 7 p.m.
