Spirit of the Season
So you think Christmas is too commercial and people only think about shopping?
A look in today's Spirit of the Season section in the News-Argus ought to dispel that notion.
Many Wayne County organizations have been giving generously this holiday season. The 16-page section gives a glimpse of those projects.
Stocking giving
Donations from the community keep coming in for the Empty Stocking Fund, and the fund continues to help those in need.
Toys and other items are still being bought for families who did not attend Saturday's party.
