Goldsboro City Council to meet Monday

The Goldsboro City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in City Hall.
The following items are on the agenda:
*A public hearing regarding the city's installment purchase contract to finance City Hall improvements.
*A request from a citizen to tend fescue hay in one of the city's reuse spray fields.
*A decision on whether to hire a consultant to conduct a global positioning system survey of the city's sewer system.
