Trick or treat is Friday

Friday is the night for Halloween trick-or-treating in Wayne County.
Recommended times for trick-or-treating in Golds-boro, Mount Olive and Wayne County are from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Calypso has designated 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Faison has no recommended start time, but has set an 8 p.m. curfew on trick-or-treaters.
Berkeley Mall in Goldsboro will have trick-or-treating Friday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. for children 11 years and under.
