New look for Goldsboro City Hall

The Goldsboro City Council has released a drawing of the new City Hall building. The new building will be constructed on the corner of Center and Mulberry streets with much of it running along the 100 block of East Mulberry Street. It will be attached to the old City Hall building facing the 200 block of North Center Street.
