The State Employees Association of North Carolina donates 2,000 teddy bears and other stuffed animal toys to the 230th Support Battalion of the N.C. National Guard to be distributed to Iraqi children: From left, Shirley Grice, the family readiness coordinator for the battalion; Capt.
