Base finds suspicious package

A resident in Seymour Johnson Air Force Base housing found a suspicious package at around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Security forces responded and base emergency services were mobilized to protect base personnel safety.
The incident is currently under investigation.
The 4th Fighter Wing public affairs office said it will provide additional information as it becomes available.
