These cases have been heard in Wayne County Superior Court:
*David Murchison, 39, East Elm Street, second-degree sexual offense (two counts), statutory rape (two counts), child abuse (two counts), indecent liberties with a child (two counts), lewd and lascivious act (two counts) and dissemination of an obscenity, not guilty.
*Bethea Autusta Bowden, 28, South Chestnut Street, Mount Olive, breaking and entering of a vehicle (13 counts), 99 to 128 months (habitual felon).
*Decarlos Godwin, 32, Delaney Place, Dudley, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of keeping and selling marijuana and driving while license revoked, 72 to 96 months (habitual felon) (appealed).
*William Earl Warren, 37, East Mulberry Street, driving while impaired, 24 months.
*Jamel Kareem Carter, 23, South Center Street, Mount Olive, possession of cocaine, 112 days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $195 lawyer's fee, $200 fine and costs.
*Ivan Devon Harvey Jr., 20, Birddog Lane, Dudley, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, 51 days active, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $260 lawyer's fee, $110 restitution, $100 fine and costs.
*Desmond Jacobi Hagans, 26, Walnut Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, 10 days active, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $300 fine and costs.
*Eldon Ray Davidson, 43, North Breazeale Avenue, Mount Olive, possession of a weapon of mass destruction, 10 days active, 14 to 17 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $500 fine and costs.
*Randy Chester Parsons, 23, West Main Street, Pikeville, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of keeping and selling marijuana, six days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $300 fine and costs.
*Kenneth Earl Lofton, 43, East Elm Street, driving while impaired, two days active, 120 days suspended, 24 months unsupervised probation, $260 lawyer's fee, $200 fine and costs.
*Sequellas Montrel Thompson, 26, South Madison Avenue, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, four to five months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $50 fine and costs.
*James Richard Daveler, 20, Stoney Hill Road, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $200 fine and costs.
*Michael Chad Howell, 27, Rosewood Road, reckless driving, 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $300 fine and costs.
*Tavoris Antonio Graham, 22, Parker Place, Dudley, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, 15 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $220 lawyer's fee, $50 fine and costs.
