Program Manager Ray Jackson with the California Institute of Technology gets ready to launch the Pelican, a retrofitted Cessna 337 that is used in military exercises to simulate the actions of a remote-controlled Predator aircraft like those used in Afghanistan and Iraq to locate the enemy in the war on terrorism.
